This notice covers Natalia Lee’s website at natalialee.com and www.natalialee.com.

2. Hosting and technical data

GoDaddy Web Hosting Deluxe (cPanel) serves this website. It processes IP addresses and technical request data, such as the requested URL, time, browser information, referring page where supplied and response status. This supports delivery, troubleshooting, security and technical usage analysis. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website.

Technical log retention depends on operational and security needs, server configuration and any applicable legal retention duties. Data are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for those purposes. GoDaddy explains its log handling in its hosting log information.

GoDaddy uses international service providers, so processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, is possible. For transfers, GoDaddy’s terms provide, where applicable, for adequacy decisions including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses with supplementary safeguards. 3. Enquiries and retention

When you contact Natalia Lee by email or telephone, your contact details, name and company where supplied, and enquiry content are processed to respond and discuss possible cooperation. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to handling business enquiries; Article 6(1)(b) applies to steps before a contract or performing a contract where you are personally the contracting party.

The contact page’s email helper prepares your entries locally for your email application. It does not submit form data to this website or store them in a website database. When the draft opens, your email application and provider may already process its contents, including synchronising drafts, depending on your settings. You decide whether to send the message. Enquiry data are deleted once the enquiry is resolved and they are no longer needed for further cooperation. Longer retention is limited to applicable legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Statutory retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; the period depends on the purpose and applicable legal deadline.

Recipients, where necessary, include hosting, email and IT service providers and legally authorised bodies. Providing contact details is not a statutory requirement, but a reply may not be possible without sufficient information. Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential documents in an initial enquiry; agree on a suitable transfer channel first.

4. Cookies, analytics and external links

This website uses no marketing cookies, Google Analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social-media plugins. Fonts and images are served with the website. The email helper uses no persistent browser storage. Hosting-provider processing is explained above.

External links load the external website only when followed; that provider’s privacy terms then apply. This website carries out no profiling or automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. The connection to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. This does not mean that ordinary email is end-to-end encrypted. This notice will be updated when features, providers or processing practices change.
